About the job Remote Client Advisor
Hope's Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company powered by a full-service travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, family vacations, and luxury getaways. We partner with top global travel brands to design seamless, memorable travel experiences for clients worldwide.
Our mission is to help travelers plan unforgettable vacations while offering flexible, remote opportunities for individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service.
Position Overview
We are seeking friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and helping them make confident decisions about their travel plans. As a Remote Client Advisor, you will work directly with travelers to understand what they are looking for and help them navigate vacation options that align with their interests, schedules, and budgets.
Your role will involve researching travel possibilities, explaining available choices, assisting with selected arrangements, and staying connected with clients throughout the planning process. You may support travelers interested in resort vacations, cruises, family getaways, couples trips, group experiences, tours, or international destinations.
Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training, mentorship, and professional resources are available to help you learn the role and develop your skills.
What You Will Do

  • Connect with clients to learn about their vacation ideas, priorities, and expectations
  • Ask questions to better understand preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, and budgets
  • Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and vacation packages
  • Narrow down available choices based on each client's individual needs
  • Present travel options in a clear and helpful manner
  • Assist clients with coordinating selected vacation components
  • Explain relevant package features, promotions, reservation requirements, and important deadlines
  • Communicate regularly through phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms
  • Follow up with clients regarding decisions, outstanding information, and upcoming travel needs
  • Work with approved supplier partners to arrange and confirm travel services
  • Review reservation information and confirmations for accuracy
  • Keep client profiles, communications, and booking information organized
  • Stay knowledgeable about destinations, travel products, supplier offerings, and current opportunities
  • Provide attentive support throughout the planning and preparation process
  • Build positive relationships that can lead to repeat clients and referrals
