• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional status, employing standardized assessment tools.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that address individual client goals, integrating evidence-based therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, offering a range of modalities including individual counseling, family therapy, and group sessions to foster emotional resilience and coping strategies.
• Monitor client progress through ongoing evaluations, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to reflect changes in client circumstances or responses to therapy.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring clients receive timely support during acute episodes.
