This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements that can adapt to your personal schedule while still providing exceptional care. The remote school setting ensures that you can engage with students and their families from the comfort of your own home, using telehealth platforms and other digital communication tools to facilitate therapy sessions and assessments.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students, identifying strengths and challenges that may affect their well-being.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches tailored to the unique needs of your clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that set clear goals, intervention strategies, and methods for monitoring progress, always incorporating feedback from clients and their families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, educators, and healthcare providers, to ensure holistic care and consistent support across all aspects of the student's life.
• Provide crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and safety planning to ensure the immediate safety and stability of clients experiencing acute distress.
• Act as an advocate for clients' rights, guiding them to community resources and offering case management support to help navigate challenges effectively.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health resources and combat stigma, promoting a culture of openness and accessibility.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, often facing a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges and trauma. You will work closely with parents and guardians to create supportive environments that foster the emotional and social development of these young individuals. Your expertise will help empower students to overcome obstacles and thrive academically and personally.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida is mandatory.
• Strong background in clinical social work practices within a school or community mental health setting.
• Expertise in cultural competence to effectively serve a diverse population of clients with varied backgrounds and experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a strong capacity for empathy and problem-solving.

• Prior experience in a school setting or with youth and family services is highly desirable.
• Proficient understanding of mental health legislation and advocacy in Florida.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling strategies.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
