Job description

Boardroom Salon for Men - Content and Ad Creative Marketing Manager (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Dallas, Fort Worth, or Houston

Job Description:
We’re looking for a Content and Creative Marketing Manager who is obsessed with great marketing content and thumb-stopping ad creative. You’ll be the person who can write a headline, wireframe an ad, and then continue the story through a well-written email or landing page.

Initially we are looking to hire someone as a contractor, but plan to convert this person to full-time after a three month onboarding period.

This is a fully remote role, but because this role will be responsible for leading the creation of photo and video content of the Boardroom Salon experience, it’s important this person be in Texas, close to both Boardroom and Finley’s salon locations.

This is a hands-on role for a marketer who loves making things — someone who thrives at the intersection of brand, content, and creative execution.

We’re looking for a self-starter who’s comfortable running experiments to see what creative performs, then iterating quickly. While this role is part of a small, scrappy marketing team, it will also be working directly with leadership.

What You’ll Own:

  • Designing and writing content across the funnel: Meta static image ads, Meta video ads, search ads, landing pages, emails, and social posts.

  • Developing UGC Ads - source UGC creators, write briefs, develop hooks, provide feedback, make edits directly in tools like CapCut

  • Develop in-salon assets - brochures, wall clings, sandwich boards, etc.

  • Lead occasional video and photo shoots in salon

  • Evolve our brand style to create fresh, on-brand assets that stand out

  • Balance direct response with brand storytelling

  • Bring creative ideas to life quickly, testing them, and refining based on results.

  • You’ll own the outcome, but you’ll partner with a contract designer, work with video editor and source UGC creators

What Makes You a Fit:

  • 3–6 years of experience creating marketing content and assets.

  • A portfolio that proves you can do UGC ads and direct response copy

  • Comfort with design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite.

  • Experience using a CMS like Hubspot and Wordpress, as well as email marketing tools like Hubspot or Iterable

  • Ability to write copy that’s punchy, persuasive, and performance-minded.

  • Extra credit if you have experience with: E-commerce or DTC content production.
