We emphasize a work-life balance, with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to uncover the root causes of clients’ concerns, crafting personalized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based and solution-focused therapies.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support the emotional and psychological growth of our clients.
• Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical guidelines, ensuring that all patient records comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists, to provide a cohesive continuum of care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance the quality of care and share clinical insights.
• Empower clients and their families by educating them on mental health conditions, treatment options, and local resources to foster a supportive network.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in mental healthcare practices to ensure our methodologies are both current and effective.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will engage with diverse demographics, offering tailored support that resonates with each client’s unique experiences and needs. This role is pivotal in transforming their apprehensions into empowering journeys of recovery.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
• Practical experience in providing solution-focused psychotherapy, with a demonstrated ability to adapt interventions to individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, vital for building trust-based therapeutic relationships with clients.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
