You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SECURITY SPECIALIST in the MARINE CORPS WARFIGHTING LABORATORY of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD.

Duties
Help
- You will be the primary focus of the development, and execution of multi-level security management policies and procedures across numerous Special Access Program Facilities and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities and Information Systems.
- You will prepare for security program audits and inspections and protect classified government information.
- You will be responsible for continuous program oversight and operation of high visibility matters and for measuring, analyzing, improving, and implementing measures to enable the success of the Command's mission.
- You will assist and lead the development/construction of the Marine Corps Wargaming Center to include operations at the Special Compartmented Information, Special Access Programs and Special Technical Operations (STO) levels.
- You will lead a team of security specialists who will assist in the development and execution of security plans.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Top Secret SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Managing security-related equities for a large organization across multiple domains, leading a high functioning team of professionals working across personnel, physical, industrial, and informational security disciplines, and briefing highly complex and sensitive topics to senior-level leadership.
