Job description

First Orion is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Videographer & Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing team. This role will lead video production from concept through final delivery, creating content that supports our brand,solutions, customers, culture, and internal communications.

The ideal candidate brings strong video production and editing skills, a creative marketing mindset, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories. This person will work closely with Marketing, Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Client Success, People Operations, and other teams across the business.

WhatYou'llDo

  • Lead end-to-end video production, including concept development, scripting support, storyboarding, filming, editing, motion graphics, and post-production.

  • Produce a variety of video content, including product demos, customer stories, training videos, product marketing campaigns, corporate communications, recruiting content, event recaps, executive messaging, and social media assets.

  • Manage video shoots, including camera setup, lighting, audio, location preparation, and talent direction.

  • Capture high-quality footage intheoffice, events, and remote environments.

  • Edit and deliver polished video content that aligns with First Orion's brand standards and marketing goals.

  • Create motion graphics, titles, transitions, animations, and other visual enhancements to support storytelling.

  • Partner with internal teams to develop product launch content, customer stories, sales enablement materials, recruiting content, internal training, and event-related assets.

  • Manage multiple video projects, timelines, and priorities whilemaintaininghigh-quality output.

  • Organize andmaintainvideo assets to ensure content is easy to access, repurpose, and distribute.

  • Supportas backup forgraphic design needs as needed, including marketing collateral, presentations, social graphics, event signage, digital ads, and branded materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Communications, Journalism, Multimedia Production, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 2+ years of professional video production experience, preferably in a corporate, B2B, SaaS, technology, or telecommunications environment.

  • Portfolioshowcasingvideo production, editing, storytelling, and visual design capabilities.

  • Strongproficiencywith video editing and creative tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms.

  • Experienceoperatingprofessional cameras, lighting equipment, audio systems, and video production tools.

  • Working knowledge of graphic design principles and tools such as Photoshop,Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Familiarity with video hosting, analytics,and distribution platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo,Wistia,Vidzflow,LinkedIn,or similar.

  • Strong project management, organization, communication, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
