Job description

We’re hiring a Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist to help bring Singleton Schreiber’s brand and marketing strategy to life across print, digital, advertising, attorney marketing, events, and regional campaigns. 

This is an execution-heavy, graphics-focused role for someone who can manage a high volume of creative requests while maintaining strong visual consistency and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing a polished campaign, updating attorney marketing materials, preparing event collateral, organizing creative assets, and managing revisions from request through completion. 

The role will work closely with marketing leadership, attorneys, coordinators, video, digital, business development, and outside vendors to ensure projects are completed accurately, professionally, and on time. 

This remote role is open to candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.

Salary: $35.00–$45.00 per hour 

Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Graphic Design & Creative Production

  • Handle revisions quickly and accurately while maintaining the integrity of the overall design

Attorney & Firm Marketing Support 

  • Create and update attorney marketing materials, including business cards, profile materials, biographies, presentations, recognition materials, and other attorney-facing collateral 

  • Support attorney onboarding and offboarding by coordinating required marketing materials and updates 

  • Assist with adding attorney awards, recognitions, directories to the website 

  • Work with Marketing leadership to ensure attorney materials remain consistent with the firm’s overall brand and messaging 

Website & Digital Marketing Support 

  • Support website content updates, including attorney and staff profiles, media mentions, blogs, event pages, announcements, and related visual assets 

  • Format and prepare content so website materials are visually consistent, accurate, and on brand 

  • Learn and work within the firm’s website content management system and established digital workflows 

Qualifications  

  • 3+ years design experience (in-house or agency) 

  • Strong designcapabilities (Canva + Adobe preferred; Canva expertrequired) 

  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, visual hierarchy and design 

  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, visually engaging creative 

  • Experience creating a variety of marketing materials, including digital graphics, social media creative, presentations, one-sheets, event materials, advertisements and other branded collateral 

  • Strong copy and editing instincts, with the ability to see when messaging needs to be tightened or clarified 

  • Ability to work quickly while producing thoughtful and professional content 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at one time 

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with marketing and leadership 

  • Comfortable receiving feedback, making revisions quickly while maintaining brand standards on all projects
