• Deliver personalized and ethically guided mental health counseling sessions through video chat to clients, ensuring a comfortable and confidential environment.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals.
• Guide clients in acquiring and refining coping strategies, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to navigate life's challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation with minimal paperwork, focusing on client interactions and progress towards treatment objectives.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights for continuous improvement of patient care.

The primary focus of this role is on stable, low-acuity adults who seek assistance in managing mild to moderate mental health concerns such as anxiety, stress, and adjustment disorders. Our holistic approach empowers clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, fostering a supportive client-therapist relationship that is conducive to meaningful change.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of a current and valid state license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD), allowing for independent practice without supervision.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions or infractions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that enhance client interactions and a strong proficiency in computer literacy, necessary for effective use of our chosen platforms.
• A reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection to ensure seamless communication with clients.

• Previous experience as a mental health counselor, particularly in a remote or outpatient setting.
