This role is entirely remote, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering essential services. • Conduct virtual counseling sessions to assess and treat students facing mental health challenges, utilizing our user-friendly teletherapy platform.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Engage in active communication with parents, teachers, and school administrators to provide updates on student progress and collaborate on interventions.
• Document client interactions and progress notes through our secure online system, as required by state regulations, while minimizing paperwork to focus on client care.
• Utilize a diverse toolkit of therapeutic resources and interventions that we provide, to enrich your counseling sessions and support student outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities offered by Digimed to enhance your therapeutic skills.

You will primarily work with students from diverse backgrounds, including those facing anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and adjustment issues. The clients you will engage with are pre-screened to ensure they are stable and of low acuity, allowing you to focus on prevention and proactive mental wellness strategies rather than crisis management.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Candidates must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California without any disciplinary actions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form empathetic relationships with clients and collaborate with families and school personnel.
• Independent and creative self-starter with the adaptability needed to thrive in a flexible work environment.
• Access to a dedicated practice space that complies with relevant privacy regulations.

• Experience managing a diverse caseload, ideally within a school or educational setting.
• Dual or multi-state licensure is a plus, expanding your potential client base and professional opportunities.
