Job description

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a qualified Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) to join their team. The LGPC will be responsible for delivering individual, group, or family therapy sessions to a diverse range of clients, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with peers for continuous improvement. This is a full-time, 100% remote position based in Maryland.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, or family therapy to a diverse caseload of clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
  • Conduct initial clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within 24-48 hours of each session.
  • Participate in weekly clinical supervision and monthly staff consultations.

Qualifications
  • Valid Maryland LGPC license.
  • Resides in Maryland.
  • Must have work-from-home equipment and quiet work environment.

Experience
  • 0-3 years of experience preferred in delivering therapeutic sessions.
  • Experience navigating telehealth platforms is preferred.

Skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective therapy delivery.

Additional Requirements
  • 25-30 billable hours per week plus documentation.
  • Participation in clinical supervision and staff consultations.
