The Comfort Place, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. Work Environment

This role primarily allows for a remote work setting, enabling therapists to manage their schedules and provide care to clients in a comfortable environment. Our structured work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a work-life balance that ensures both client care and therapist well-being. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments with clients to gain a deep understanding of their unique challenges, goals, and personal histories.
  • Facilitate dynamic therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Develop and regularly update personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure therapies remain relevant and effective.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
  • An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Maryland.

Preferred Experience
