As a Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients to assess their mental health needs, goals, and treatment plans.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate client progress and coping strategies.
• Documenting session notes and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and ensure the highest standards of care.
• Providing crisis intervention when necessary and remaining available for emergency sessions as needed.
• Building strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, empathy, and respect to foster client engagement and success.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience providing clinical psychotherapy services to adults.
• Strong competency in documented therapeutic techniques, particularly CBT and other evidence-based methodologies.
• Excellent written communication skills for effective session documentation and client communication.
• A clean disciplinary record with no pending actions from a licensing board in any jurisdiction.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Additional training or certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities, such as EMDR, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
• Experience in a telehealth or digital therapy context, with familiarity using platforms for virtual therapy sessions.
• Previous involvement in community mental health initiatives or outreach programs.
