• Conduct individualized assessments to determine client needs, establishing personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
• Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions comprehensively in compliance with ethical standards and company protocols, ensuring all records are kept up-to-date and confidential.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and receive supervision to continually enhance your therapeutic skills and efficacy.

Your work will predominantly focus on couples and families seeking guidance through times of conflict, personal crises, or relationship challenges. This includes addressing issues such as communication barriers, parenting stress, and mental health concerns, particularly during transitional phases like marriage, divorce, and parenting. You will be an integral part in empowering families to navigate their dynamics more effectively, improving emotional health and relational satisfaction.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• An active California LMFT license in good standing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills complemented by a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Proficiency in conducting clinical assessments and developing evidence-informed treatment plans.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting working with couples and families.
• Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms to deliver mental health services effectively.
• Familiarity with diverse cultural backgrounds and the ability to tailor therapeutic approaches to meet varied client needs.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
