Renewed Roots Mental Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This position operates within a community health clinic environment, allowing for a hybrid model of care delivery that primarily takes place remotely. The flexibility of the role reflects our commitment to accommodating the varying schedules of our clients while enabling our staff to maintain a work-life balance. Some evening and weekend hours will be required to meet client needs effectively.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health strengths, challenges, and resources.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach in client treatment.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed, assessing and addressing risk factors to ensure client safety.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster a sense of community and shared healing among clients.

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds. Our clients include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and contribute to their emotional and psychological growth.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and clinical practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient care setting is preferred, candidates with relevant volunteer or internship experience in the field will also be considered. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
