- Manage and mentor your SEO team, helping them to level up and ensuring everyone is working on the right priorities
- Design and build tests to understand how to optimize for LLMs and own LLM optimization/AEO
- Design and build SEO tests to understand how to improve performance
- Drive A/B testing and CRO in your verticals
- Manage cross-functional partnerships with conflicting priorities to maintain a productive workflow across all teams
- Develop new ways to generate uniquely valuable data to set our content clearly above the competition
- Defend content quality standards against revenue and productivity pressures
- Get things done: identify and remove roadblocks for your team, dig in and work alongside them when necessary. Be the person who makes things happen.
