Job Summary We are seeking a high-performing, self-directed Analytics Consultant to own and continuously develop our Supply Chain Excellence Program. In this role, you will lead the execution, automation, and enhancement of supply chain analytics and performance scorecards across our pharmaceutical supplier portfolio, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and business impact.

Operating with an owner's mindset, you will influence stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, challenge existing processes, and identify opportunities to strengthen supply chain performance. In addition, you will support market intelligence and research initiatives that inform strategic decisions for senior leadership. This role offers a unique blend of operational ownership and strategic exposure, making it ideal for a consultant who thrives on turning insights into action, leading through influence, and delivering measurable business results.

Location Targeting individuals local to Central Ohio, as this team operates in a hybrid work structure; 3x per week in-office (Tuesday through Thursday in-office at our global headquarters in Dublin, Ohio with Monday's and Friday's being work-from-home/remote) Responsibilities Own Supply Chain Excellence Program Execution: Lead the execution, administration, and continuous evolution of the Supply Chain Excellence Program, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable supplier performance insights. Drive Analytics and Automation: Develop, automate, and enhance supply chain scorecards, dashboards, and reporting solutions that improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making. Champion Data Quality and Governance: Establish and oversee data quality controls, audits, and governance processes, partnering with stakeholders to resolve issues and strengthen data integrity.

Transform Insights into Business Impact: Analyze complex business challenges and translate data into actionable recommendations that improve supplier performance and support strategic objectives. Lead Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to Strategic Sourcing and cross-functional partners, influencing decisions through strong communication, collaboration, and analytical expertise. Advance Market Intelligence Capabilities: Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and industry analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks that inform leadership decision-making.

Drive Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Challenge existing processes, identify opportunities for automation and optimization, and advance the roadmap for Supply Chain Excellence capabilities. Enable Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Finance, IT, Inventory Management, Corporate Strategy, and other business functions to deliver integrated solutions that support enterprise priorities. Communicate Results and Build Alignment: Lead business reviews, stakeholder presentations, and process demonstrations, translating complex analytics into compelling business narratives and actionable insights.

Operate with Ownership and Accountability: Manage priorities independently, anticipate risks, and deliver high-quality results with an owner's mindset and a bias for action. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Data Science, Engineering), or equivalent work experience, preferred 3+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, supply chain, strategy, healthcare, or a related business function preferred Experience with analytics and data visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI preferred Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Databricks, SAP, or similar enterprise data platforms preferred Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business recommendations Experience developing, automating, and maintaining scorecards, dashboards, reporting solutions, or analytics programs preferred Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously Demonstrated ownership mindset with a track record of independent driving results, improving processes, and delivering measurable business outcomes Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, data modeling, data governance, and data quality best practices; experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments strongly preferred What is expected of you and others at this level Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects May contribute to the development of policies and procedures Works on complex projects of large scope Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues Anticipated salary range: $80,900 - $103,950 Bonus eligible: No Benefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.
