 Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary, client-focused strategic partner, managing a portfolio of accounts, serving as the main point of contact, and building long-term relationships to ensure client goals and satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of content marketers, PR specialists, SEOs, social media community managers, affiliate marketing specialists and designers to deliver high-impact, performance-driven results
  • Leverage insights from content marketing, digital PR, SEO, social media, and affiliate teams to drive measurable organic growth, optimize performance, and demonstrate tangible results
  • Develop and execute tailored strategies grounded in performance data, leveraging insights across content marketing, digital PR, SEO, social media, and affiliate channels to drive measurable organic growth
  • Create monthly performance reports for multiservice clients, calculating growth metrics, and track KPIs over time
  • Prepare and lead biweekly client calls, quarterly business reviews, and annual renewal proposals, presenting strategy and results to stakeholders up to the C-suite
  • Identify, propose, and secure upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to expand engagement and revenue
  • Help our clients unlock the full value of Siege Media’s services
 Required Skills
  • 3+ years working in a similar agency role managing SEO, Content Marketing, Digital PR, Affiliate Partnerships, and/or Social Media accounts
  • Pristine written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present strategy, performance, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Skilled at translating client goals into actionable strategies across SEO, Content Marketing, Digital PR, Affiliate Partnerships, and/or Social Media that drive measurable organic growth
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, comfortable managing multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable interpreting performance data and translating insights into strategic recommendations, with proficiency in Google Sheets and Data Studio for analysis and reporting
  • Adept at spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and guiding clients toward solutions that maximize their outcomes
Preferred Skills
  • Fluency in GEO / AI search in terms of LLM visibility and sentiment, as well as organic search metrics
  • Hands-on experience with organic and AI-visibility tools like Ahrefs, Peec AI, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Data Studio
  • A track record of using AI to work smarter, preferably with Claude
  • Adept with quick first response times to clients (we aim for ~2-hour turnaround during business hours via Slack and email)
 

The salary range for this position is $87,000.00-94,000.00.
