What is a remote Google Review?

Remote Google Review jobs involve providing feedback or writing reviews for businesses, products, or services on Google platforms while working from a remote location. These positions may require you to evaluate customer experiences, verify business information, or contribute positive reviews to boost a company’s online reputation. It's important to note that legitimate opportunities typically involve quality assurance or digital marketing work, not simply posting fake reviews. Always research any job offering remote Google review work to avoid scams and ensure compliance with Google’s policies.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote Google Review specialist?

To thrive as a Remote Google Review Specialist, you need strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with digital reputation management, often supported by experience in customer service or online moderation. Proficiency with review platforms, content management systems, and sometimes basic SEO tools is typically required. Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and professionalism help you stand out in managing customer feedback and resolving concerns. These skills ensure accurate, timely responses to online reviews, which are crucial for maintaining a positive brand reputation and fostering customer trust.

What are some common challenges faced when working as a remote Google Review specialist, and how can they be addressed?

One common challenge in a remote Google Review specialist role is staying up-to-date with frequent changes in Google's review policies and guidelines. To address this, it's important to regularly review official documentation and participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions. Another challenge is maintaining clear communication with clients or team members, which can be managed by utilizing collaboration tools and setting regular check-in meetings. Additionally, handling negative or fraudulent reviews requires tact and adherence to best practices, so ongoing training in customer service and conflict resolution is beneficial.

Now is the time to bring your expertise to Insight. We are not just a tech company; we are a people-first company. We believe that by unlocking the power of people and technology, we can accelerate transformation and achieve extraordinary results. As a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, we guide organizations through complex digital decisions.
About the role
As a Account Principal within the Google Solution Line (GSL) at Insight, you are a seasoned delivery leader and a key member of our Industry and Delivery Leadership team. You possess a proven track record of leading transformational programs, driving customer value, and accelerating high-margin services growth. Aligned to the Professional Services organization and leading our most strategic accounts, your mission is to move Insight from a vendor to a strategic consulting partner. While your primary domain expertise lies in technology transformation on hyperscalers like Google Cloud, you will leverage your deep customer relationships to unlock the full Insight portfolio. You will own 1-3 strategic accounts, providing the "adult in the room" leadership required for commercial strategy, strategic growth, and complex account management.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivery Leadership & Governance
  • Act as the "delivery CEO" of your designated accounts, collaborating with PMO leads (COO/CFO) and Enterprise Architects (CTO).
  • Own the professional services narrative, ensuring delivery excellence across $1M+ (USD) contracts.
  • Manage matrixed structures to ensure the right mix of onshore, offshore, senior, and junior resources to deliver value while protecting project margins.
  • Lead delivery of strategic business reviews and executive steering committee meetings.

Strategic Planning & Growth
  • Maintain customer strategic roadmaps that transition accounts from transactional procurement to high-value consulting partnerships.
  • Identify and drive cross-solution opportunities across the entire Insight portfolio, including ServiceNow, Microsoft, and AI-driven data strategies, led by your GCP engagement.
  • Partner with sales leadership to grow customer relationships from a profitability and long-term sustainability standpoint.
  • Develop deep domain/industry expertise to act as a primary business advisor to the C-Suite.

Commercial & Operational Excellence
  • Manage multi-party commercials, including Long-Term Services Agreements (LTSAs) and Google PSO (subcontracting) engagements.
  • Drive delivery outcomes while maintaining strict oversight of budget burn rates, resource allocations, and account profitability.
  • Own delivery risk mitigation and handle executive-level escalations with poise.
  • Coach and mentor Account Principals and Senior Consultants on the team to build a high-performing delivery culture.

Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career.
What we're looking for:
  • Experience: 15-20 years of industry experience, typically including time as a former services delivery lead, or career strategic consultant.
  • Leadership Focus: At least 10 years in client/account management or leading large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Technical Domain: Demonstrated experience leading teams in major implementations or migrations on cloud hyperscalers, with Google Cloud preferred.
  • Commercial Mastery: Proven ability to navigate complex contracting models and drive services sales from plan to implementation.
  • Influencing: Expert ability to communicate and influence at the C-Suite and Executive level.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of professional services operational metrics, including utilization and margin protection.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% to customer sites and conferences as required

What you can expect
We're legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community. We want you to enjoy a full, meaningful life and own your career at Insight.
But what really sets us apart are our core values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony, which guide everything we do, from building relationships with teammates, partners, and clients to making a positive impact in our communities.
Join us today, your ambITious journey starts here.
