Job description

Ignite Visibility is looking for a highly skilled full-time Paid Search Manager to join our fast-growing and fully remote digital marketing agency, based in San Diego. This position is fully remote and is a great opportunity for an individual with demonstrated paid search management excellence to apply and grow their skills on innovative paid media campaigns while working with a talented team, advanced processes, and interesting clients.

The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for leading client media strategy, monitoring performance, executing optimisations, and reporting to clients across search and local search ads.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead Paid Media (search-focused) advertising strategy and execution for six to eight clients
  • Lead client communication through email, phone, and video
  • Coordinate with internal Omnichannel, Paid Social, Creative, Reporting, Analytics, SEO, Earned Social and Web Development teams

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of paid media work experience with an emphasis on paid search
  • Hands-on experience in managing $100k+ monthly client budgets
  • Proven success with lead gen and eCommerce accounts
  • Excel / Google Sheets competency including pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Data Studio or similar reporting experience with data visualisation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong Presentation Skills, Creative, Customer Focused & Action Oriented
  • Critical Thinker, Relentless Learner, Winning Can Do Attitude
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Agency digital marketing experience
