Your Impact:
  • Researches and creates marketing strategies and implementation plans/timelines for multiple client campaigns and defines tasks needed to implement those strategies.
  • Coordinates client meetings and collaborates with copywriters, graphic designers, digital vendors, and others to create integrated marketing content.
  • Conceptualizes, creates, and manages the content calendar and scheduling deadlines.
  • Supports budget tracking and reporting.
  • Develops project contracts, manages their review, approval, and client submission.
  • Maintains an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, vendors, and client base to implement effective marketing/awareness campaigns.
  • Communicates effectively with excellent writing skills across multiple writing styles, including emails, proposals, statements of work, document editing, and briefs.
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with teammates, clients, and external vendors.
  • Displays strong decision-making for on-site event activations to support broader campaign strategy.
  • Designs and implements ongoing social media campaigns for multiple clients, including organic posting and monitoring.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Your Profile:
  • Recent, strong college internships or two or more years of work experience in an agency or related professional environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Background in a full suite of marketing tactics including digital, advertising creation, placement, and creative development.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, friendly, dependable, and proactive.
  • Must be able to multitask, have strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and be able to consistently manage multiple projects.
  • Must have experience working with shared project management software, Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Workfront, and Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Must have working knowledge of AI products (Copilot, Creator, ChatGPT, etc.).
  • Experience using social media content management programs (Sprout Social, HootSuite, etc.).
  • Experience creating presentation decks using Canva and/or PowerPoint required.
  • Must be able to collaborate with team members, creative professionals, and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to travel required, up to 15-20%.
