Job description

Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

We're hiring a Full-Stack Developer to help build and improve key parts of our platform. You'll work across the stack — writing backend services in .NET / .NET Core and building frontend features with Vue (2 and 3) and React using TypeScript and JavaScript.

You'll work alongside product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship features that customers actually use, with support from senior developers as you grow. You'll also get hands-on experience modernizing legacy parts of our codebase — a great opportunity to deepen your skills and broaden your impact as our platform evolves.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain full-stack features using .NET / .NET Core on the backend and Vue or React on the frontend
  • Develop and consume REST APIs that connect frontend applications to our data services
  • Help modernize legacy components (including some VB.NET) by refactoring and migrating code to current standards
  • Participate in code reviews, team planning, and technical discussions
  • Write clean, tested code and ask good questions when something's unclear

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of professional experience building full-stack applications
  • Working knowledge of .NET / .NET Core for backend development
  • Hands-on experience with a modern JavaScript framework (Vue or React) and TypeScript
  • Comfort working with REST APIs on both sides of the wire
  • Familiarity with Git, code review workflows, and collaborative development
  • Eagerness to learn — including picking up older technologies like VB.NET when needed

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience working on or refactoring legacy codebases

Note: We are unable to sponsor visas at this time.

Benefits

  • Employer-sponsored medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Stock options
  • Flexible paid time off and observed federal holidays
  • Fully remote work
  • Parental leave
  • Flat org structure with room to grow

Compensation

Annual salary range: $86,000–$92,000. Final offer is based on experience, skills, and location.
