Work Environment

This position allows you to work 100% remotely, enabling you to provide essential mental health services from the comfort of your home while maintaining a structured work-life balance. The role is structured with flexible scheduling options from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, ensuring work-life balance without the demands of on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy through engaging live video sessions tailored to individual adult clients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary psychiatric professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive treatment for all clients.
  • Utilize automated symptom self-assessments, tracks patient progress, and adjust treatment plans based on data to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
  • Regularly consult with fellow therapists and supervisors for guidance and support, ensuring the highest standard of care.
  • Document client interactions accurately in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to maintain continuity and effectiveness in treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor, your focus will be primarily on individual adults navigating various mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your holistic approach will support not just symptom relief, but also foster self-awareness, personal growth, and functional improvement.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • Current active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is a must.

  • Strong computer skills with an ability to proficiently navigate various tech platforms, including telehealth software, Google Suite, and EHR systems.
