Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage schedules for consultants, project teams, and internal resources using calendar management tools.
  • Schedule client meetings, appointments, and conference calls while managing time zone differences and prioritization.
  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to confirm appointments, send reminders, and address scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain up-to-date scheduling records and ensure accuracy across all platforms and systems.
