Job description

DevOps Architect - Cross‑Platform (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Location: Remote
Duration: Long‑Term Contract
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Architect with deep expertise across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud‑native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks to support enterprise‑scale applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross‑platform cloud initiatives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across diverse environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement multi‑cloud solutions leveraging Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Define and enforce infrastructure as code (IaC) standards using Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM templates.
  • Implement containerization and orchestration strategies with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE).
  • Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
  • Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor.
  • Ensure compliance with security best practices including IAM, role‑based access control, encryption, and vulnerability management.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to deliver resilient, automated, and scalable solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to DevOps engineers and cross‑functional teams.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in DevOps architecture and cloud engineering.
  • Hands‑on expertise with Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud services.
  • Strong proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud governance across multi‑cloud environments.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Proven experience in cloud migration, hybrid cloud, and automation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in fast‑paced, remote environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert, and Google Cloud Professional Architect.
