Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Collaborate closely with clients, utilizing culturally sensitive approaches to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving their specific goals and objectives.
• Provide engaging and therapeutic individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Effectively utilize telehealth platforms to facilitate remote counseling sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.
• Document patient progress through timely progress notes, emphasizing clarity and accuracy to maintain compliance with organizational protocols.
• Uphold a professional demeanor while regulating counseling services to enhance our reputation and foster goodwill within the community.
• Comply with all service provider agreements and maintain adherence to organizational policies and procedure standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve clients grappling with substance use issues and co-occurring mental health disorders. This role requires a nuanced understanding of the various cultural backgrounds and life experiences of clients, necessitating a sensitive yet effective therapeutic approach that encourages recovery and resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in clinical settings, including direct patient care.
• Proficiency in diagnosis, treatment planning, and the completion of detailed progress notes.
• Demonstrated understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and the ability to effectively engage with clients from various walks of life.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Prior exposure to detox or addiction treatment settings is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside comprehensive benefits which include:
