Position Overview

The Manager, Sales Operations is a key leader responsible for enabling a high-performing, data-driven sales organization. This role partners closely with Sales leadership, Branch Operations, Finance, and Analytics to optimize sales processes, improve productivity, and drive profitable growth.

The position translates enterprise sales strategy into consistent execution across regions and branches by leveraging data, tools, and disciplined processes.

What You’ll DoSales Operations & Execution
  • Enable consistent execution of sales processes across regions, area, and sales teams
  • Partner with Sales leadership to implement strategies that drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and customer retention
  • Support field teams with tools, reporting, and insights to improve sales effectiveness
Process Design & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of sales processes (e.g., pipeline management, territory planning, quoting, and CRM usage)
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve productivity and reduce administrative burden
  • Ensure strong adoption of sales tools and processes across the organization
Data, Reporting & Insights
  • Develop and manage sales performance reporting, dashboards, and KPIs (e.g., pipeline health, win rates, productivity, customer growth)
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for Sales leaders
  • Partner with Analytics teams to identify growth opportunities, customer trends, and performance gaps
Planning & Performance Management
  • Support annual and ongoing planning processes, including goal setting, territory alignment, commissions, and sales forecasting
  • Monitor performance against targets and provide visibility into risks and opportunities
  • Drive accountability through metrics, scorecards, and regular performance reviews
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing, and Operations to align on priorities and execution
  • Act as a key liaison between corporate strategy and field execution
  • Support key initiatives such as new product launches, pricing programs, and go-to-market changes

Compensation and Benefits:

This remote role offers a base salary of $100,000–$115,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
