• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or closely related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a trusting therapeutic relationship in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and an understanding of the complexities of various mental health experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple clients and documentation in a remote practice setting.

• Experience in delivering remote therapy services or familiarity with telehealth practices.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices specific to community mental health.
• Previous work with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competency.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with your caseload and level of experience.
