Location : REMOTE - Miami, FL - Occasionally Travel if needed - On client expenses.

Job Summary:
The ServiceNow SME is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform. They are responsible for optimizing and maintaining the ServiceNow instance, implementing best practices, and providing guidance to ensure that the platform aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and stakeholders, to enhance ServiceNow functionality and drive efficiency.
