Duration : 6+ Month CTH
Visa : USC & GC only
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Environment consists of Dell PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM), Dell Networker and Dell Cyber Recovery Vault. Perform troubleshooting on the backup environment.
  • Open support tickets with vendors on unique problems and work to completion.
  • Support Disaster Recovery efforts as they pertain to the data protection environment.
  • Assist in operationalizing and monitoring Cyber Recovery Vault.
  • Must be detail oriented and pay attention to standards.
  • Monitor and analyze enterprise backup systems.
