The Enterprise Account Manager at CAP Index plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through strategic sales and comprehensive account management. This remote position is ideal for candidates based in the PA, NY, NJ, DE, or DC areas. While the position is virtual, there will be periodic get-togethers in the Mid-Atlantic region. By managing and expanding relationships with key clients-primarily Fortune 500 companies and government agencies-this role ensures the achievement of sales targets and the cultivation of long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, positioning CAP Index's advanced crime risk data and security management offerings, and overseeing the successful solution implementation and ongoing satisfaction of our clients. The Enterprise Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between CAP Index and their key accounts, delivering tailored solutions that enhance client security, risk management, and loss prevention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics through diligent prospecting, pipeline management, and strategic selling.
  • Sales Planning: Develop comprehensive account plans outlining strategies for achieving sales targets, including identifying potential opportunities and mitigating risks.
  • Solution Presentation: Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of enterprise clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of CAP Index's offerings.
