What Youll be Doing
Your role as a German-speaking Sales Representative will involve generating new business and using a consultative approach to provide tailored solutions that meet the clients unique needs, while executing sales strategies to achieve the targets through outbound and sales calls.
This is a fully remote role, so were looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals who can stay focused and productive while working independently.
During a Typical Day, Youll
- Manage outbound calls and emails to support customers through the full onboarding process and post-migration support period, delivering an outstanding customer experience at every interaction.
- Engage customers in a consultative manner to understand their shipping needs during migration, provide tailored onboarding support, and help them successfully navigate new systems and understand their invoices.
- Assess each customer's shipping profile during onboarding to ensure successful activation, address technical questions, detect potential upsell opportunities, complete system workflows, and escalate commercial or complex migration queries to the appropriate teams when needed.
- Navigate to key decision-makers within migrating customer organizations to facilitate smooth account setup, address transition concerns, and ensure all stakeholders understand the migration process.
- Support customer migration and activation by guiding customers through their transition to a new systems, building trust during onboarding, and ensuring they successfully activate their accounts.
What You Bring to the Role
- Strong interest in customer engagement and support, with confidence initiating outbound conversations and resilience in handling concerns during customer transitions. Previous sales or account management experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers during critical onboarding phases.
- Ability to learn and apply consultative techniques to understand customer needs, address migration concerns, and guide successful account activation.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving activation targets and contributing to successful customer onboarding and retention.
- The ability to understand and empathize with customers navigating system transitions, providing patient support and clear guidance throughout their migration journey.
- Proficiency in the German language, paired with conversational level English.
- Competence in using Microsoft office and CRM software.
