Service Desk Analyst (100% Remote)

We're hiring Service Desk Analysts to provide Tier

1-Tier2 technical support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role

supports users through phone, chat, and collaboration tools,

troubleshooting Windows, VPN, Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365, and account access issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone and chat
  • Troubleshoot Windows 11, VPN, Wi-Fi, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 issues
  • Manage and resolve tickets in a ticketing system
  • Support Active Directory user accounts and permissions
  • Document issues, resolutions, and knowledge base updates
  • Deliver excellent customer service and follow-through

Required Skills

  • Previous Service Desk, Help Desk, or Desktop Support experience
  • Windows 11 troubleshooting
  • Phone and chat support experience
  • VPN and networking knowledge
  • Active Directory experience
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Schedule

  • 100% Remote
  • 40 hours/week
  • 2-week paid training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST
  • Support coverage operates 7 days/week
  • Shifts fall between 5:00 AM-9:00 PM PST
  • Must be comfortable working weekends and later shifts
  • Additional flexibility required during peak business periods

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
