This senior leadership role is responsible for expanding relationships with large national and super-regional property & casualty insurance carriers by developing consultative, value-driven solutions focused on claims, risk management, and operational performance. The ideal candidate is a proven insurance industry executive with deep experience selling into complex carrier environments and cultivating C-suite relationships across claims, underwriting, operations, and technology organizations.

This role requires a sophisticated business development professional who can originate opportunities, influence executive stakeholders, and confidently navigate long-cycle enterprise sales engagements with credibility. This executive will serve as a trusted advisor to carrier leadership teams by aligning strategic business challenges with innovative service and operational solutions. This is a fully remote leadership opportunity with up to 40% travel. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Business Development & Market Expansion Drive strategic growth initiatives within national and super-regional property & casualty insurance carriers.Identify, pursue, and secure new enterprise-level opportunities across claims, risk management, and operational service offerings.Develop and manage a multi-year sales pipeline focused on large-scale, high-value engagements.Build executive access and deepen market penetration through proactive relationship development and consultative outreach.Monitor market trends, carrier priorities, and competitive dynamics to identify emerging opportunities. Executive Relationship Management Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior carrier executives, including C-suite, EVP, and SVP stakeholders.Lead strategic discussions around carrier operations, claim transformation, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.Positioning the organization as a long-term strategic partner through insight-driven engagement and industry expertise.Maintain consistent executive-level communication and relationship management throughout the sales lifecycle.

Consultative & Complex Solution Selling Lead highly consultative sales engagements involving multi-line claims programs, operational solutions, analytics, and technology integrations.Collaborate with internal product, operations, claims, finance, and technology teams to design customized client solutions.Develop compelling business cases, executive presentations, ROI models, and value narratives tailored to carrier leadership.Navigate complex buying environments, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder decision frameworks. Revenue Growth & Strategic Execution Consistently achieve or exceed enterprise revenue targets through disciplined opportunity management and strategic account development.Manage long-term sales cycles from early discoveries through negotiation and close.Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility using CRM and sales management tools.Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and enterprise-level engagement strategies. Cross-Functional Leadership   Partner closely with Claims Operations, Product, Technology, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and solution delivery capabilities.

Provide market intelligence and strategic feedback to support product innovation and operational excellence.Contribute to organizational growth initiatives and executive leadership discussions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required.Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management within the insurance industry.Demonstrated expertise in consultative, solution-oriented, and value-based selling methodologies.Proven success closing large, complex, multi-year enterprise deals with national insurance carriers.Strong ability to develop executive business cases, ROI models, and strategic transformation narratives.Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience selling into national or super-regional property & casualty carriers.Strong understanding of carrier operations, claims management, underwriting, and risk management environments.Experience within consulting, advisory, analytics, or operational solutions organizations serving the insurance industry.Proven ability to engage senior executives and serve as a strategic business advisor.Experience managing RFP/RFI processes, enterprise negotiations, and customized solution development.Professional insurance designations such as CPCU, CIC, ARM, or CEBS preferred.Proficiency with CRM platforms and enterprise sales tracking tools.
