What You Will Be Doing:

Supporting Data Governance Initiatives

  • Support enterprise data governance efforts focused on data quality, standardization, and compliance.

  • Assist in maintaining data definitions, metadata, business glossaries, and data dictionaries.

  • Help ensure adherence to established governance policies and standards.

  • Contribute to initiatives that improve data consistency and reliability across systems.

Improving Data Quality

  • Validate and profile datasets to identify quality issues, anomalies, and inconsistencies.

What You Need:

  • Foundational knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and data management principles.

  • Hands-on experience and understanding of healthcare transaction standards, including 835 and 837 data formats.

  • Experience gathering requirements and analyzing business processes for improvement opportunities.

  • Experience supporting systems engineering, data integration, or related technical functions.

  • Basic SQL skills and experience querying or validating data.

  • Familiarity with Databricks and/or database technologies.

  • Experience creating technical documentation and process documentation.

  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

It's a Plus If You Have:

  • Experience working in healthcare technology, healthcare analytics, or healthcare operations environments.

  • Exposure to enterprise data governance programs or data stewardship initiatives.

  • Experience supporting data migration or system implementation projects.

  • Knowledge of metadata management, data lineage, or data catalog concepts.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
