Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to gauge the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.
  • Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals, preferences, and specific needs.
  • Utilize effective, evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish trusting therapeutic relationships through outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental approach toward clientsโ€™ experiences and challenges are essential.
