Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, concerns, and therapeutic goals, using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
  • Facilitate individual counseling sessions for clients grappling with a spectrum of issues including anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, trauma responses, and stress-related challenges.
  • Provide couples and family therapy to foster healthy communication and resolve conflicts, employing evidence-based techniques to support relationship dynamics.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that outline tailored interventions and measurable objectives aligned with each client's unique requirements, which are continuously reviewed and adjusted as necessary.
  • Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, and devising safety plans to address their immediate needs.
  • Educate clients and families by sharing insights about mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available external support resources to enhance understanding and empowerment.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including detailed assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
  • Uphold ethical guidelines and adhere to legal requirements related to counseling practices, ensuring informed consent and the absolute confidentiality of client information.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults, reflecting a wide range of cultural backgrounds and presenting issues. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
