This full-time, remote position plays a vital role within our Detox Center, focusing on delivering quality mental health care to patients experiencing significant emotional challenges. The LCSW will be instrumental in assessing, treating, and guiding clients through their recovery journeys, addressing their unique needs to improve their overall mental health outcomes.

About the Organization

At Child & Family Care Services, our mission is to foster healthier communities through compassionate and patient-centered healthcare services. • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated care plans, ensuring that clients have access to necessary services and referrals.

You will work with individuals who are particularly vulnerable, necessitating a trauma-informed approach to care. Your role will not only involve direct clinical support but will also focus on empowering clients through education and community resources, fostering resilience and recovery.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Valid and current LCSW licensure in the state of Connecticut.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Expert knowledge in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment concerning major mental health disorders.
  • Competence in handling age-specific or specialty issues relevant to the populations served.
Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of professional clinical experience, particularly in a substance use recovery or detoxification setting, is preferred. Experience with crisis intervention, group therapy, and case management will be beneficial in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also provide comprehensive benefits, including healthcare, dental and vision coverage, retirement savings plans, and generous paid time off. Our team members enjoy a supportive work culture that values work-life balance and personal well-being.

Career Growth Opportunities

Joining our team means having the opportunity to engage in professional development through ongoing training and supervision. We prioritize internal promotions and offer pathways for advancing your career within our organization, allowing you to grow into leadership positions or specialized clinical roles.

Why Join Our Team
