Essential Responsibilities:

  • Long-term profitable growth within Canada
  • Understanding customers' and market segment needs
  • Understanding industry trends, market dynamics and standards/regulatory developments
  • Understanding competitive landscape and maintain competitive and industry analysis
  • Developing and executing product line strategy
  • Writing proposals in response to RFQs and RFPs
  • Informal quotes while communicating our technical knowledge and value proposition
  • Participating in bidding strategy for key specific opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical background
  • A self-starter with a strong drive
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in Canada
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to visit customers in remote locations as needed.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • SROD proficiency is a plus
  • Proficiency on Salesforce
