• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring ethical standards and compassion guide your practice.

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will assist these individuals in identifying their personal goals for mental wellness and building the necessary skills to enhance their quality of life. By providing compassionate care, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their experiences and improve their overall mental health.

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline including but not limited to Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Holding a current, state-issued mental health counseling license that permits independent practice. Critical licenses include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
• Absence of limited/provisional licenses and no disciplinary actions against your professional standing.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a nurturing demeanor, demonstrating an innate ability to connect with clients.
• Strong proficiency in technological tools, including video conferencing software, to facilitate remote counseling sessions.

• Experience working with a diverse range of clients with varying mental health needs.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices and familiarity with solution-focused approaches.
