As a business level General Manager, you'll bring end-to-end accountability for all aspects of the YourCause from Blackbaud P&L and accelerate growth of this strategic business within Blackbaud. Your ability to inspire, innovate, and deliver results will be critical in shaping our success on a global scale.

As SVP & General Manager of YourCause from Blackbaud, you will:

Additional Responsibilities and Leadership Traits:

  • Serve as the Senior Executive and General Manager of this strategic business with accountability for strategy, growth, execution, and P&L delivering accretive growth and strong Rule of 40+ performance.

  • Design and execute an ambitious growth strategy focused on doubling the business within the LongRange Planning horizon, using AI, data, and experimentation to accelerate outcomes.

  • Build and run an Annual Operating Plan (AOP) with urgency, making clear tradeoffs to drive nearterm growth and profitability while investing for durable, longterm scale.

  • Lead a global, crossfunctional organization (sales, marketing, product, services, customer success) with an operating cadence that drives speed, alignment, and accountability.

  • Instrument the business with the right metrics and dashboards making performance visible, decisionmaking faster, and execution sharper.

  • Support our evolving culture of ownership and momentum, setting clear goals, coaching for impact, giving direct feedback, and holding teams accountable.

  • Build deep customer and market intimacy, translating insights into differentiated offerings and gotomarket advantage.
