This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. You may be called to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client appointments and practice demands. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and determine appropriate treatment interventions.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are uniquely tailored to the goals and circumstances of each client.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions using various therapeutic interventions to best serve our diverse client population.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring that all sensitive information is protected.

• Participate in and contribute to regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and continuous professional development to enhance counseling practices.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work closely with a diverse range of clients facing varying mental health challenges. You will support individuals navigating issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, addiction, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Your role will be instrumental in helping clients develop the skills and coping mechanisms necessary for achieving emotional stability and overall well-being.

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Experience in conducting both individual and group therapy sessions within diverse mental health settings.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies relevant to mental health care.

• Exceptional ability to cultivate lasting rapport with clients from various backgrounds, fostering an atmosphere of trust and understanding.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enhancing your capability to document client progress and articulate treatment strategies effectively.

• A steadfast commitment to ethical practices and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

• Previous experience in providing therapy in a remote setting, utilizing telehealth technologies to facilitate client sessions.

• Demonstrated ability to implement creative therapy solutions tailored to various therapeutic challenges.

• Background in working in outpatient mental health practices, addressing both acute and chronic psychological disorders.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 70,000 per year, depending on experience, along with bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
