These scientists may focus on areas such as drug discovery, clinical research, or data analysis, collaborating with teams virtually using digital tools. Remote Genentech Scientists are expected to maintain high standards of scientific rigor and communication, despite working from a distance. Their work plays a crucial role in advancing Genentech's mission to develop innovative therapies.

How does a Remote Genentech Scientist typically collaborate with onsite teams and cross-functional partners?

Effective communication is crucial, as you'll often work with colleagues in research, clinical, and regulatory departments to drive projects forward.
