Although you will primarily work from home, you will be connected to an outpatient office team that provides continuous support and collaboration. • Conduct thorough, client-centered assessments to identify mental health concerns and develop appropriate clinical diagnoses.
• Create tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices that align with individual goals and therapeutic needs.
• Provide engaging and effective individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and secure client records, which include treatment plans and progress documentation, in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources while advocating for their rights.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and conferences to stay updated on the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Your work at Willow Garden Counseling Center will involve a varied client demographic, from children and adolescents to adults and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrable clinical assessment capabilities and strong proficiency in diagnostic skills.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a clinical setting or a comparable environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge trusting relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team framework.
• A strong commitment to uphold ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.

• Experience providing therapy in a remote or telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms can be an asset.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities will be considered a plus.
