Overview Leading medical device company looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years experience in customer service or related field.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.
- Ensure that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws.
- Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
- Develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
- Work within well-defined procedures that may involve a variety of work routines.
- Apply technical procedures that are well defined, requiring a basic understanding of work routines and procedures in own discipline.
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work within well-defined procedures and guidelines.
- Experience with customer relations, claims resolution, and complaint management.
- Basic knowledge of consumer laws.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
