What You Will Do

The F135 Support Equipment (SE) Fleet Management team in the Military and Customer Support Services is responsible for the management of the requisition and sustainment processes for the support equipment assets. Daily interface with external customers, SE purchasing, SE project engineers, field service engineers, customer support engineers, logistic program management and suppliers is common.  Supporting SE Fleet for International and Domestic Management Team activities. The position requires a strong technical skill set required to support new site activation and sustainment activities.

  • Process new build requisitions in SAP on demand, to successfully deliver support equipment to the end user. 

  • Support ad-hoc demands from support equipment leadership team. 

  • Process “New” incoming orders for design, build and service requests.

  • Process Repair, Upgrade, and Spare Details service requests.

  • Resolve Fleet Management related issues from customers that are data driven.

  • Assist in base stand, the candidate will ensure that all tools are accepted in WAWF prior to shipment. 

  • Coordinate Tool movement for customer use (Spares, loans).  The candidate will coordinate with Defense Contract Management Agency and Delivery assurance to ensure all tools have the proper acceptance documents.

  • Update SAP Equipment Records and generate forms for government owned shipments.

  • Support Gov’t Property related requests (Audits, Cycle Counting, Verifying locations of assets).

  • Support Engine Manufacture’s equipment including incoming & outgoing shipments, labeling equipment, and inventory.

  • Update data in SAP and internal databases.

  • Support corresponding requisitions when required, including answering questions and action request from the field.

  • Provide warehouse support during wall-to-wall inventory.

  • Process Repair, Upgrade, and Spare Details service requests execute the technically complete process for all assets that were received on PO. 

  • Travel up to 10%

  • English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • High School Diploma, Associate Degree or other 2 year post high school training

  • 4 years of experience in Data Management

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Prior experience with SAP and Maintenix, Prior SAP requisition process.

  • Ability to analyze data to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications

  • Interpersonal skills including the ability to work professionally with individuals and in teams and to interact effectively at all levels within the company.
