Job description

We are looking for a Remote Merchandise Assistant for our upcoming 2026-2027 season! This is a part-time, paid position. The ideal candidate will be an independent worker, detail-oriented, reliable, and a natural problem solver.
What You'll Do
E-Commerce & Online Store
  • Manage and update products on the team's online store
  • Upload new merchandise listings, descriptions, pricing, and photos
  • Test online promotions, discount codes, and special offers
  • Manage customization orders

Event Support
  • Coordinate pre-orders
  • Manage online auctions and activations

Reporting
  • Reconcile purchase orders and invoices
  • Manage reporting of game-day sales
  • Generate monthly sales reports
  • Analyze product sales and trends
  • Provide recommendations to improve sales and fan engagement
  • Identify low-stock items

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Communicate in a professional manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexible schedule; although a remote position, will be required to be available for weekly meetings either in person or via zoom
