As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Optimize Recovery Counseling Center, you will primarily serve clients and families confronted with the emotional and psychological challenges associated with end-of-life care. These clients may experience a variety of complex feelings, including grief, anxiety, and depression. Your role will be essential in providing compassionate support, helping them to navigate these emotions and facilitating open discussions about coping strategies and care planning.

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong theoretical foundation for clinical practice.
• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience working in mental health or outpatient settings, providing a solid background in therapeutic methodologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, or Narrative Therapy.
