  • Pitch our services and communicate the value of high-performance, purpose-driven apps
  • Follow up, build relationships, and help move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure client needs are fully understood and delivered

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or client outreach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter attitude — you manage your time, goals, and follow-through
  • Comfort with commission-based work and performance-based rewards

What You’ll Earn:

  • Competitive commission on every signed contract
  • Ongoing commission opportunities for referred clients or recurring work

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close new clients in need of custom mobile app development, with a focus on small businesses and startups
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline using self-sourced leads and referral networks
  • Present and communicate our app solutions clearly and persuasively, tailored to each prospect’s business goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handoffs and project alignment
  • Track activities and outcomes using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to ensure transparency and follow-up
  • Provide post-sale support where needed to maintain strong client relationships and generate repeat business

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales, marketing, or technology is a plus
  • Proven experience as a sales professional (7+ years preferred), ideally in tech, software, or digital services
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and follow-through
  • Comfortable working independently on a commission-only basis
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical services in a relatable, customer-friendly way

Important: This opportunity is for direct sales professionals only — recruiters, agencies, or third-party vendors will not be considered.
