Job description

Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer, Live Operations to join our Marvel Strike Force team remotely in the United States or Canada on a remote basis.

At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.

Marvel Strike Force is Scopely's squad-based Hero Collector RPG, housing heroes and villains across the Marvel Universe.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Producer on Live Operations for Marvel Strike Force, you'll help deliver the "live show" for players: events, offers, battle passes, and seasonal moments that feel cohesive, compelling, and worth players' time and investment.  You'll partner closely with Live Ops leadership and a cross-disciplinary team to plan work, keep execution predictable, reduce incidents, and continuously improve how we operate.

This role reports into Live Operations production leadership.

  • Drive day-to-day planning and execution for live beats (events, offers, calendars, seasonal moments)
  • Translate Live Ops strategy into clear scope, timelines, and dependencies so teams can execute predictably
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Art, Economy, Monetization, Data, and Release
  • Own launch readiness: checklists, quality gates, risk visibility, and calm handling of last-minute changes
  • Facilitate the operating rhythm (planning, execution syncs, risk reviews, launch readiness, post-mortems)
  • Improve the Live Ops pipeline by identifying recurring friction and driving concrete process and tooling improvements
  • Participates in on-call rotation as Incident Commander, owning real-time coordination and resolution of live service incidents

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of production experience (or equivalent), ideally on live service games with frequent live events or seasonal beats
  • 2+ years using Agile practices to plan and deliver work iteratively
  • Experience shipping live operations content (events, offers, battle passes, calendars) in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong planning and execution fundamentals: scope, milestones, dependency mapping, and risk management
  • Clear communicator who can align stakeholders and keep teams unblocked

Bonus Points

  • Experience with collection RPGs, gacha systems, and progression-heavy economies
  • Familiarity with live-config driven systems, live tuning, and operating within a structured release cadence
  • Experience partnering with Monetization and Economy on offer strategy and event design
