This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Designer based in Netherlands.

Join a fully remote game development team where technical creativity and problem-solving are at the heart of building exceptional gameplay experiences. As a Technical Designer, you will act as a bridge between creative and technical teams, creating the frameworks, tools, and workflows that enable developers to deliver innovative game systems. Your expertise will help shape efficient production pipelines, improve collaboration across disciplines, and ensure high-quality gameplay implementation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while supporting creative teams with robust and reusable solutions. You will have the opportunity to influence development processes and contribute to a major game project in a collaborative, autonomous environment.

Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define the best technical approaches for bringing gameplay concepts and creative visions to life.
  • Design, implement, and maintain technical frameworks, workflows, and production pipelines that support efficient game development.
